01About us
LuxeFlow.beauty ("LuxeFlow", "we", "us") is a product owned and operated by LuxePulse Limited, a Nigerian technology company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC 9632158). References in these Terms to "LuxeFlow" mean LuxePulse Limited acting through the LuxeFlow.beauty product. Contracts, invoices, and receipts you receive in connection with the Service are issued by LuxePulse Limited.
02Acceptance
By submitting the registration form, creating a LuxeFlow account, paying a setup or subscription invoice, or using any part of the LuxeFlow.beauty platform ("Service"), you ("Studio", "you") confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register and do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LuxePulse Limited (operating as LuxeFlow).
03The Service
LuxeFlow provides a multi-tenant software platform for beauty and wellness studios, including online booking, deposit collection, client and visit management, invoicing, quotations, email campaigns, staff roles, and reporting. Service availability and feature set depend on the tier you subscribe to (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).
We continuously improve the Service. Features may be added, modified, or deprecated; we will give reasonable notice of material removals.
04Account & responsibility
You are responsible for:
• The accuracy of the information you provide at signup.
• Securing your account credentials and any staff sub-accounts.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Complying with applicable laws in the jurisdictions you serve.
• The lawfulness and accuracy of any content you upload, such as service listings, images, customer records, and marketing emails.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind any business entity on whose behalf you sign up.
If you are on Enterprise, you are also responsible for:
• Renewing your custom domain on time with whichever registrar you use. If the domain expires, the Service stops with it.
If you send email campaigns through LuxeFlow, you are responsible for only emailing clients who have agreed to hear from you, and for honouring unsubscribe requests promptly. This protects your reputation and ours.
05Tiers, pricing & billing
Current tiers and pricing (all prices in Nigerian Naira):
• Starter: ₦10,000/month or ₦100,000/year (a ₦20,000 annual discount).
• Pro: ₦15,000/month or ₦150,000/year (a ₦30,000 annual discount).
• Enterprise: ₦25,000/month or ₦250,000/year (a ₦50,000 annual discount).
• Enterprise extra locations: ₦10,000/month or ₦120,000/year per additional branch. Each branch is a separate recurring charge; if a branch's payment is not received within the grace period, that branch is deactivated until payment resumes.
All tiers are recurring subscriptions via Paystack. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually, depending on the billing option you choose. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
Subscription fees already charged for a billing period are not pro-rata refundable once that period begins, save where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira and are exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may apply. We will add VAT to invoices where chargeable.
Failed payments: we retry the charge. If payment is not received within 14 days, the account moves to a suspended state. After 60 days suspended, the account is terminated and the same retention policy applies as for voluntary cancellation: 30 days to export your data, after which it is permanently deleted.
06What your subscription covers & custom work
Your subscription covers care for the existing LuxeFlow system. It includes hosting, bug fixes, security patches, compatibility updates, payment and email integration support, reasonable technical assistance for existing features, and updates we make generally available to your subscribed tier.
Your subscription does not include custom feature development, redesigns, new third-party integrations, data entry, bulk migration cleanup, business-specific workflow changes, new reports built only for your business, staff training beyond onboarding, or on-site support.
Enterprise customers may request custom features or workflow extensions. These requests are reviewed separately and priced based on scope, complexity, delivery timeline, and ongoing maintenance impact. No custom work begins until both parties agree the scope and price in writing.
07Provisioning, infrastructure & database ownership
LuxeFlow uses different infrastructure models per tier. By registering for a tier, you accept the corresponding setup and ownership terms below.
Starter: shared infrastructure
• Starter tenants run on LuxeFlow's shared multi-tenant database and email infrastructure, with row-level isolation between tenants.
• No setup fee. Once your registration is approved, we email you a setup link to create your password. You then log in and choose a monthly or annual subscription to activate your studio.
• Access to admin features is gated until you start an active subscription. Until then, only the billing screen is available so you can subscribe.
Pro: shared infrastructure, expanded features
• Pro tenants run on LuxeFlow's shared infrastructure (same as Starter), with row-level isolation between tenants. No database setup required on your part.
• Your Pro subscription (monthly or annual) activates your studio with all Pro features. You do not need to create or manage any external database or email accounts.
• Optionally, you can connect your own Paystack account during setup (or later from Settings) to collect online payments directly to your Paystack balance.
Enterprise: shared infrastructure, custom domain
• Enterprise tenants run on LuxeFlow's shared infrastructure, with row-level isolation between tenants. No database setup required on your part.
• Enterprise tenants additionally run on their own custom domain, e.g. tenant.com, book.tenant.com, app.tenant.com, or a similar pattern of your choosing. You are responsible for registering and renewing that domain (Namecheap, Whogohost, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.). LuxePulse Limited does not register, purchase, or pay for your domain on your behalf.
• Your Enterprise subscription includes white-glove configuration: DNS, SSL, branding, multi-location, white-label removal, 2FA setup, and team training. Additional locations are billed as separate per-branch subscriptions (₦10,000/month or ₦120,000/year each).
• Optionally, you can connect your own Paystack account during setup (or later from Settings) to collect online payments directly to your Paystack balance.
Across all tiers, once setup is complete you receive an email with login credentials to begin using the Service. Your data is isolated per-tenant at all times and remains accessible via your studio admin for as long as your subscription is active.
08Data ownership
You own your data: the studio data you upload and the end-customer records you create on the platform. LuxeFlow has no claim to it beyond the operational rights necessary to provide the Service.
You grant LuxeFlow a limited licence to process your data solely to operate the Service: store it, transmit it, display it back to you and to your customers per the workflows you configure.
On cancellation, you have 30 days to retrieve any account data you need. After that 30-day window the account data is permanently deleted from production systems, with up to 60 further days for routine backup expiry (so 90 days in total from cancellation, save for records we are required by law to keep, such as tax invoices).
09Acceptable use
You will not, and will not allow anyone using your account to:
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unauthorised marketing.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, hateful, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service to other businesses without an Enterprise reseller agreement.
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Interfere with the Service's operation, attempt to bypass rate limits, or probe security controls without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with no refund.
10Third-party services
LuxeFlow relies on third-party providers including Supabase (database & storage), Resend (email), Paystack (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS/CDN). Your use of the Service is subject to their respective terms where applicable. We are not liable for outages or actions of these providers, though we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service continuity.
Enterprise tenants own their custom domain (e.g. tenant.com); LuxePulse Limited does not register or pay for tenant domains. All other infrastructure (database, email) is managed by LuxePulse Limited on behalf of all tenants.
11Maintenance support
Maintenance support is provided by tier. Business days and business hours mean Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 West Africa Time (WAT), excluding Nigerian public holidays.
• Starter: email maintenance support, 48-hour first-response target during business days. Best-effort uptime.
• Pro: email + WhatsApp maintenance support, 24-hour first-response target during business days.
• Enterprise: dedicated WhatsApp maintenance support + named account manager, 4-hour first-response target during business hours for existing production features.
Response targets are not guarantees of resolution time. They do not apply to custom feature requests, custom development, new integrations, training, or work outside the agreed maintenance scope.
12Things outside our control
Some interruptions are caused by events neither of us can prevent: nationwide internet outages, power-grid failures, regulator-ordered downtime, natural disasters, cyber-attacks of unusual scale, or large-scale failures of the third-party providers we depend on (Paystack, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, Cloudflare). Enterprise tenants with a custom domain: interruptions can also be caused by DNS changes you make or a domain you forgot to renew.
In any of those cases, we will work to restore service as quickly as we reasonably can, but we are not liable for the downtime itself or for losses caused by it.
13Confidentiality
Each party will treat the other's non-public business information as confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms. End-customer records you create are confidential to you; LuxeFlow staff access them only when necessary for support and only with your authorisation, except where required by law.
14Intellectual property
The LuxeFlow platform, software, designs, and brand elements are the exclusive property of LuxeFlow. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service per these Terms for the duration of your subscription.
Your studio brand, logo, content, and customer-facing materials remain your property.
15Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". LuxeFlow disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties (express, implied, or statutory) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible attack. You are responsible for assessing fit for your business.
16Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeFlow's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid LuxeFlow during that 12-month period.
LuxeFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption), even if advised of the possibility.
Nothing in this section limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
17Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold LuxeFlow harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, your data, your end-customer interactions, or your breach of these Terms.
18Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@luxeflow.beauty.
We may suspend or terminate your account on notice for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. We may terminate the Service entirely on at least 60 days' notice; in that case, active subscribers receive a pro-rata refund of pre-paid fees and 60 days to export data.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, confidentiality, limitations, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
19Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
20Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept, your remedy is to cancel before the change takes effect.
